indyz 1 #1 September 15, 2003 In the "Changing with the Times" article in the September issue of Parachutist, there is an explanation of the changes in ratings requirements, among other things. Maybe I'm just dense, but I can't find anywhere in the article or on the USPA website that comes right out and says when the changes go into effect. The three possibilities that I can see are: - Immediately: The article says things like "Now, it requires only a B license..." - September 30th: When the license requirements change. - 2004: When the revised manuals come out Anybody know for sure?
