Dave1216 0 #1 May 10, 2004 Hi, Thought Parasport Italia deserved praise. Bought a pair of Z1 eyes. On the ride to altitude a lense fell out and i couldn't refit. Stashed the goggles in my jumpsuit and jumped 'goggleless'. Upon landing i realised the goggles were missing! Emailed Parasport Italia, and explained the above. I am now a proud owner of a new pair of Z1 eyes. (Didn't even have to pay postage!)
pilotdave 0 #2 May 10, 2004 Good to hear. I've always heard terrible things about their service. Now all they have to do is work on their quality control! (I love my Z1 but there's no excuse for the way it looks like it was slapped together.) Dave

USPA 0 #4 May 12, 2004 I also have great experiences with them. I had the old plastic screws on my Z1 full face (with the rubber ring) and when they went lose, I just emailed them and they sent the new plastic screws (with the spring) free of charge. The trouble with skydiving; If you stink at it and continue to jump, you'll die. If you're good at it and continue to jump, you'll see a lot of friends die...
