First Jump

Just made my first jump this past weekend, and i am officially hooked, just wanted to introduce myself to the rest of the skydiving world!

Sorry im still trying to learn all of the Skydiving abbreviations, im not quite sure what AFF stands for.

Its the "accelerated free fall" class/program. 7 jumps with instructors to get cleared for solo jumps by yourself. Then from there you work on your "A" license (25 jumps). Then you can exit with your friends out the plane.

Or was it a tandem jump?

AH! gotcha, thank you both for clearing that up for me, my first jump was a tandem jump. however i have contacted my dropzone, and the next time i jump will be the beginning of my AFF course. Two weeks till then!
