Head Down Question, little help.

Recommended Posts

I mostly fly in the tunnel; however, my issue is relevant to both the sky and tunnel. I am having a difficult time with controlling my arch when pushing my hips forward while Im on my head. Although I can get away with it in the sky, to a degree, the tunnel is much less forgiving and I cannot stay on my head very long without either corking out or driving straight at the glass.

When Im pushing my hips forward, I seem to be arching my lower back, and this gives me really sloppy body position. Does anyone have any exercises or pointers on how I can correct this? Thanks

Clenching your buttcheeks will move your pelvis forward or tilt it. Is that what you are looking for?
