OH yeah, im sore as can be from all the arching and all. Weird huh?

He he he...not weird at all, Froggie. Skydiving, in my opinion, causes you to use muscles you've not used much before and certain things can be tiring or cause muscle tension in the beginning but I'm sure you believe as I do that it's alllllll worth it!
I'm sorry you diddn't get to jump this weekend. Think of it this way, it's your first jump and all ready you get to experience what many of us experience all the time, BAD WEATHER! It just sux. I've spent many days at the DZ during bad weather and even have a funny picture, taken off-guard, when I walked out of the restaurant at our DZ to see about 20 skydivers sitting on the deck and all were looking straight up at the sky, heads back. The picture is SO FUNNY and so true and was not planned. After I took it I found out that they were all trying to decide whether or not this VERY tiny hole in the clouds would make it jumpable....ha ha ha. So I joined them in their wishful thinking.
I can't wait to hear the story after your first jump....keep us posted.
And PS....you won't need the gym anymore. A couple weekends ago, I was sit/stand flying the entire day and after I got home, my arms felt like they would completely fall off. Who needs a gym when you can skydive???:)Love ya girlie! Take care!
MUCH LOVE AND BLUE SKIES!

nothing happened. it was the end of the day and I was just packing it for the rigger, as he's putting slinks on my rig this week. he said he'd repack it when he was done.
as for the CRW. DEFINITELY try it. I can't explain the feelign in words, it's a whole different type of adrenaline. I dont' think I truly appreciated the "miracles" that canopies are capable of until i had someone climbing down my lines. the downplane was incredible, it gave the feeling that i was in freefall again with an open canopy. I'm really glad that there's someone like Kruse at my DZ so I can do stuff like that. There are two pics that were taken from the ground on Saturday of it, not really clear, but you can see the 'plane!
