alanab 0 #1 November 26, 2003 is there a way to search the entire content of a website and its links for a particular word? this is very important please help if you can!
Nightingale 0 #2 November 26, 2003 yep. Click on your "edit" tab in internet explorer, and click on "Find (on this page)" and then type your word. this only searches the page your're on, though. you have to click onto the links and search them too if you want to search them all. darkvapor 0 #3 November 26, 2003 Try using google's advanced search feature. http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en Enter the website in the domain field. This will obviously only work if the site is indexed/cached in google's database.
Shotgun 1 #4 November 26, 2003 You can use Yahoo's advanced search as well: http://search.yahoo.com/web/advanced Same thing as google - tell it to search a particular domain only (note that you leave out the "http://www").
