Parafoil27 0 #51 March 12, 2008 Sweet! I graduated to self supervised freefall sundy. It's a great feeling . I have to say tracking is my favorite maneuver at my current expirence level. My landings are getting better but still not always stand up. EARTH! Short bus of the universe, since the year T+10.3 billion! REV. adobelover 0 #52 March 12, 2008 Sweet! Congratulations...keep working on it and you'll finally get those nice stand up landings! Having someone video your landings will help. _________________________________________ Old age ain't no place for sissies!
JohnDeere 0 #53 March 13, 2008 I agree with adobelover, video landing will help. Also a canopy control course will help you more than you know.Nothing opens like a Deere! You ignorant fool! Checks are for workers!
Parafoil27 0 #54 March 13, 2008 It's hard to get somone at my DZ to video anything without getting paid. However i do know a few pro rated guys who are always happy to offer help. I have been experimenting with the conopy alot and it seems to be helping. EARTH! Short bus of the universe, since the year T+10.3 billion! REV. JohnDeere 0 #55 March 14, 2008 If you ahve a good video camera then get a friend to video you or a packer. Then ask for advise from a good canopy pilot. If you cant get that then maybe you need to find a different DZ. There is no reason that a jumper with a camera should not video a few landing a weekend to help you out, that is what this sport is supposed to be about.
