piisfish 136 #27 May 11, 2004 QuoteFrom what I understand (correct me if I'm wrong), but it is apparently harder on the planes and more expensive to run when starting at 5K and climbing up to 12.5K than from sea level to 12.5K Yes correct, but it's 12.5k AGL in both cases, even if in the 1st case 12.5k ASL is also valid. As there is less density the plane climbs slower, so the rotation is longer. pinkskyvan 0 #29 May 11, 2004 Hey! We sell tickets for 26,50 Euros which is about $ 30,60 to 14800ft (in 14 min). In Europe fuel, insurance and staff is much more expensive. Also: 24 people fit in the PINK, we start flying with 14 and if there are less people here (during the week) we guarantee 4 jumps, no matter how many people are in the plane (we flew with 5 many times...) www.pink.at www.pinkskyvan.com PINK Skies, Uschi
