FlyingJ 0 #1 December 21, 2004 I just saw the new article on the homepage regarding stretching for freeflying. Just thought I would throw out the name of a book that has been really great for me. It's simply called Stretching (http://www.stretching.com/). It's very simple in its illustrations and descriptions, and you can browse stretches by both specific body area or by activity. They have suggested stretching regimens for tons of different sports, and even for things like sitting in an office chair all day, and typing. It came highly suggested to me by several docs (independently) that I saw following a back injury kayaking a few years ago, and I always recommend it to anyone that will listed.
