mattsplat 0 #1 June 20, 2005 I own a swimming pool and service company in N.J.. A homeowner has put a frivoless suit against me and worded it as workmanship.So my insurence company would denie me. He is even trying to sue me for things i did not even due. How do you find out if he is one of those people that just sue's evrybody? also he works for my underwriter.
