What's going on at Atair?

I'm waiting 16 weeks for a new Cobalt. The delay is very long and I get very few if any information from "customer service" and no replay to my e-mails.

Is it my case only, or the Atair left all the skydivers and shifted to military supplies?

I have a friend that has been waiting 20 weeks for a Cobalt. They finally sent him demo to cover a few weeks ago, but still nothing on the custom canopy he ordered.

Try emailing Dan Preston. His email is [email protected]

We (Skyworks) are doing most of the service work for Atair here in the USA. That includes relines and repairs.

As far as sales, that would be Dan's office.

Also just a footnote---- We are also doing the same for PISA.

This is Kathi from Dan Preston's office, replying on his behalf.
I have spoken to both you and Peter, and was told that there would be an alternate shipping address to the one we had previously.
We have been ready to ship your canopy since last week, and I have sent emails to both of you asking for the address, but I haven't gotten a response from you. I also called Peter Friday of last week and today and got no answer on his number.
We will send out your canopy as soon as we hear from you.
