Wait, that doesn't sound right...

I follow the bonehead instructions (just heat the ear and chin liner), but I see no difference at all.

Does anyone have any tips? I've done it twice now and it fits the same as it did when I bought it.

Not that it fits bad, but I just want it to fit better.
