They work in conjunction with diet and excercise, but I would probably only use them for short periods, like right before the summer to get that last bit of fat off. However, they are not magic pills, a good diet and exccercise regimen is needed. What do you do when someone throws a big planet at you? Throw your pilot chute in defense! csbrady 0 #5 February 22, 2007 I took Hydroxycut hardcore. i lost 10 pounds the 1st week but nothing to that extreme after that. i have a pretty good diet and i work out a lot. the biggest thing that sucked for me was that it kept me awake everynight until about 1am and id have to wake up at 6 every morning. but hey results vary..
