Do the lower attachment points tuck into a pocket Separate of the main pack tray?

I think the upper attachment point is fine. I think it will keep the weight on the main ring and reduce the downward pressure on your upper chest. But it may bind your E handles.

But as I do not have one to handle I don't know much, got a spare I can run around and give ya feed back from?B|

Nice rig, sharp and not gaudy.
Very Professional even.
