Especially when it comes to getting a better shut down or accuracy, but this dude is jumping around 1:1 and wind is probably a little bit of a hindrance if he is not doing a turn, and it doesn't cound like he is. Accuracy is more important to a good swooper than distance and speed, and I'm not speaking about competition. Keeping them all in check is what "swooping" is to me.
