ACMESkydiver 0 #27 June 17, 2007 Quote Last weeks weight- 271.2 This weeks weight- 270.2 Loss: -1 pound 20.2 pounds to go until my first skydive. The Jiu Jitsu is incredible. When I first started, I could barely keep up with warm ups(run, squats, push ups, etc...). Now I try to stay at the front of the run line (and not to keep the pace down). After a month of training, I got to do my first live night (actually using what I learned in a timed scenario). I lasted 4 minutes (two 2 minute rounds). Now about a month later, my personal best is 16 minutes (eight 2 minute rounds), including one night of man in the middle (I lasted 9 minutes straight). Needless to say I am quite proud of myself. The only downfall-buying new clothes. I've dropped at least from a 42 to a 40 (and I could probably fit into a 38, but I like the extra room). Catch you next week!!! Nice stats! Let us know when you're doing your first jump. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action.
