Plane hits apartment building near Vancouver airport

Here we go again, another general aviation accident. It has been reported that a Piper Seneca has hit an apartment building in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada after departing the Vancouver international airport on a short flight to Pitt Meadows. Pitt Meadows does have a skydiving operation, but this accident is NOT skydiving related.
