Student Rigs

Here is something I have been wondering. If student rigs are supposed to fly at 15 MPH how do they make that happen? Is it an approximate wing loading deal, or is something done with the lines to maintain this speed?

Right on both counts, well done!! W/L vs trim angle vs brake settings are all used in concert to "de tune" a student canopy.
