galvar2439 0 #1 June 10, 2008 So i played golf today at lunch with client at my former country club. I was a member for 13 years at this golf club and my client joined two years ago. He aint to bad but he beat me and just kept rubbing it in. I quit this club so i would be able to jump more. People there think i am nuts. Any way i have not played for almost a year, i think i have 9 holes in that time. I was a scratch golfer and won our club championship twice. So this guy was all over it. he shot 79 and i shot a whoppin 83. Man i suck these days. The funny thing is, i dont even care how bad i played, I would have rather been jumping. Skydiiving is just the coolest thing, No Worries. Does anyone miss the game?So i just broke up with this woman who wasn't even my girlfriend! freeflyimpaired 0 #2 June 10, 2008 I play on rare occasions. Nothing impressive, I'm usually pretty stoked if I break 100. Got a little scramble with the co-workers this weekend but I'm mostly looking forward to the beer. wrightskyguy 1 #3 June 10, 2008 If I could play scratch golf, I'd never jump again. John Wright World's most beloved skydiver
wildWilly 0 #4 June 10, 2008 I'm playing today. Have played since I was old enough to hold a club. I'm around a scratch player but don't play enough ( 1-2 times per week in the summer) to get below par very often. I still love the game but only play during the week cause I jump on weekends. Willygrowing old is inevitable, growing up is optional.
