120V to DC ...

That one looks much better than the other one.

It should be fine for charging a cell phone, as it can handle 1A. The other one had no current rating listed, so it seemed pretty shady.

It should work out fine, but just in case, keep the reciept!

Definetly, I always keep the reciept on things like this, you never know! Amazon.com has actually been pretty good to me as far as customer service goes, no big problems yet -fingers crossed-

What he seeks is a power supply ;)

Rectifiers only change from AC-DC, doesnt change the voltage (well, minus the ~1.4v loss you get from the diodes)

120vdc would fuck that charger up!
