Squeak 17 #1 February 21, 2005 I have a Jav J1 ('93) the cutaway housing seems to be routed on the inside of the mud flap closest to my skin (at the back but covered by the inside mudflap). When I wear 2 layers of top it's no ssue, but when I only have on a Tshirt, it rubs and irritates my skin. should the housing be that far back in the mud flap or should it be routed towards the front? (does any of that make any sense)? You are not now, nor will you ever be, good enough to not die in this sport (Sparky) My Life ROCKS! How's yours doing? Hooknswoop 19 #3 February 21, 2005 12-year old foam doesn't offer the comfort of newer foam. The routing of the cutaway cables is important for keeping pull forces low. I don't kniw if it available on-line, but Sun Path has a diagram of the correct cable routig from it's soft housings days. Derek
