I rented it on Netflix, then watched it;
Then watched it again;
Then watched it one more time before sending it back to Netflix.
Then I bought my own copy of the DVD.

It was only after finding an online essay about it, that I finally understood it, although there are still a few scenes that don't seem to fit in.
