TiaDanger 0 #3 February 18, 2011 Congrats on finishing AFF! The logistics of having somebody donate money to you so you can buy and 'share' a rig or parachute is not really a great one, IMO. There are many factors that go into deciding on rigs and canopies for individuals, i.e., body size, canopy experience, etc. You are better off renting for a while, slowly downsizing, then buying a rig that is a good match for YOU. If anybody else comes after you, they can worry about gear that is right for them. My opinion? Save up money yourself instead if asking for handouts, and buy it when you've earned it. It will be worth it.And for the record: the appropriate ranking of cool modes of transportation is jet pack, hover board, transporter, Batmobile, and THEN giant ant.
