I travel frequently for business and pleasure, so I've been to a few dropzones and called some home. My favorite of them all is Skydive Tahoe. From the moment I arrived when I moved to Nevada I felt welcomed. People with all experience levels wanted to befriend me, offer advice, help me with rigging, and most importantly jump with me! I met some amazing skydivers here, but not one "skygod." I've never before seen a group of upjumpers volunteer so much time and work so hard to make this a place for them and anyone to jump. I did a few RW jumps with the coaches because they wanted to practice skills they needed to better assist thier students. I made great friends here as anyone will, and I will never forget the view of Lake Tahoe and the snow covered Sierras from the open door of that brand new Pac750. I will never forget the vibe that comes from everyone on an airplane screaming with delight for being alive and skydiving. Much love to the DZO, staff, upjumpers, and students that make this place awesome!
