This operation was first class. The facilities were clean, the people were neat, courteous, informative and very friendly. I felt safe and assured throughout the entire process. I liked the personal instruction from the tandem partners. It was obvious that each of them were concerned about their clients. I only wish it had lasted all day up there in the sky. What a great experience! One negative for me was that I didn't realize how painful my ears would get, which tells me to be sure to take a decongestant when I arrive to eliminate that.
