I surprised my husband with reservations to go SkyDiving for Valentines Day, we were so excited to get to experience this, however our experience was tainted by my RUDE, DOUCHE BAG of an instructor, JOHN. John did not provide any training until we were seconds from boarding the plane and when he did he BARKED his orders at me, he even COMMANDED that I walk right next to him (HELLO I'M NOT A DOG!) He did not give me any reassurance whatsoever and I had no idea what to expect during the jump. I might have just jumped alone, because there was absolutely no communication at all! He was so awful, that I almost didn't want go through with my jump, but I was with 3 other people and didn't want to ruin their experience as well. The overall jump was amazing but could have been 100% better had I had a professional who actually cared and enjoyed what he does. I strongly recommend making the drive else where to get the full experience, if SkyDive San Marcos is your last and only option, please request you do not jump with John.
