    Toggles Matter

    I had my packer now stow the excess on my PD spectre. 210. and yes ,, that loop managed to go around my toggle. I pulled it to release, not knowing and I had a knot. Its a simple one, but took me twenty seconds to undue it. When this happens, the brake does not release. So, no spin. So stow the excess, please. Thanx Stan D 3361.
