The filter is new and all the inlet vents are clear but the furnace won't ignite.
Power off - wait - power on and the LED signals 33 for about 1 minute (same remedy as above) before changing to signal 13.
Any recommendations or advice?

You don't cutaway and *then* start looking for the reserve. You either have it in your hand, or are looking at it before you cutaway.
You might want to spend some time in a harness, or at least talk to an instructor.
I do the one hand each handle (have to for tandems) and I like that method best. It has worked for 9 or 10 malfunctions.
