Very friendly staff, all volunteers who are passionate about the sport. Safety is their #1 concern and after going through the training, you will feel safe in their care. They go through everything twice or more if you need more instruction. The class was small enough that everyone was able to ask questions and the group felt comfortable. This was my first jump (tandem) and I felt very confident that I was in good hands. If it's your first jump - get the video! Just give them a heads up that you want it. It's definitely worth the little bit of extra money to capture that experience (and to have proof for your friends.) The photography & editing was great. Overall an excellent experience.
