  1. How much will you give me for this watch??Quote
  2. I will have to go back to AFF-2 and go from there. After 8 months on the ground I am more than willing to do whatever it takes. I will be back in the air by late May or maybe early June. I will definitely video my level seven jump and post it here. How do you know when a past-time becomes an obsession? Blue skies to everyone.
  3. I fully understand your plight. I started AFF last summer, then had to stop because of a cashflow dilemma. I am now ready to purchase the entire AFF training program. I had to pinch some pennies. I had to cut back on other luxuries, but it was worth it...Now I am ready!!! So please know that I am right there with you....Let's do this thing!!! Blue skies!!!!
  4. Greetings to all. I started jumping last summer for my 40th b-day. I did a tandem jump, then started AFF training shortly thereafter. I share the same affliction of the pre-jump jitters that many of you have described..well, it is more like huge knots of tow-rope tied up in my gut. My instructor explained it using the words "sensory overload". He told me that nothing you have ever done before prepares you for this. Also, everything you HAVE done before tells your brain "this is NOT normal". Because I am now obsessed with this sport, I have taken to watching as many skydiving videos as possible to desensitize myself. I think it is working. I will let you know after my next jump. Blue skies to all of you.
