  1. that sucks sorry to hear bout that. Never do business thru western union or any of those kind of transfer places almost always a scam of some sort. Hopefully u find him.
  2. lol no the weather report was WAAYYYY wrong lol... Ok here we go the entire experience. Our sched jump was for 12 noon. We were so freakin stoked i was at my buddies at 9am and we were out the door by 945 which meant we were there at 1045 lol. Dont know if it was cause of weather scares or just it being a monday but nobody was really there which was rad, just me and my buddy only newbies the rest that filled the plane were some skydive regualrs. So we got there and in true rookie fashion were takin pics of everything. We make our way to the office do the whole check in and waiver stuff. Got a few min to kill so just kind hanging around the little hangout spot. Guy comes out gives us the tandem knowhow about the pack and basics. His name was Lelo he ended up being my friends tandem guy. Really cool guy. We go start to do our suit up. In walks my instructor Cesar, rad guy just full of energy and ready to rock and roll. Im suited up my buddy santi is suited up we are ready. Kinda do our walk to the plane area get another lesson on what is expected when we jump and all that fun stuff. People start loading and its time to kiss the ground goodbye. I will say the plane ride up and even the first look out the door to jump was not nearly as nervous as was expecting. Dont get me wrong was nervous lol just not as nervous. The atmosphere on the plane was really laid back and fun which made it really easy. So goin up and since we both got the dvd/pic thing we snappin shots recording our "you ready to jump" deals. Like a good friend i nominate my friend to jump before me lol so hes up, out and on his way down. I hit the door, get my first real view of just how high 12500 feet is. 1...2...3 GO. Were out the door and that free fall was nothing i have ever felt. I was talking to my family and friends when i got back and those first few seconds of that first jump i could not even explain it. One thing that caught me by major surprise was just how cold it was. I felt like i was breathing in ice, lol way cool. I get to pull the chute and again another surprise was how not so jerking the pulling of the chute was, i was thinkin gunna be more of a rapid stop that would kind of make me let out and "uummphh". Nothing like it was really smooth. Were gliding down get to do some steering than was time to land. Was cake. We were stoked out of our mind and we both had that after jump "holy hell lets jump again right nowwwwwwwwww" lol. We take off our jumpsuit deals and harness snap some more pics get our dvd's and say our goodbyes. Again was amazing and hope, more like know but dont want to be cocky, we will be jumping again. Hopefully can knock out our AFF courses early summer, thats the plan gunna have to start a skydive fund. So again thanks to all of you guys for your help and input. Thank you Lelo, thank you Cesar, thank you skydive elsinore.
  3. Was FUCKING AMAZING. Jumped out of Lake Elsinore where it was perfect and the instructors and just every1 were rad. I am so jealous of you guys that have hunderds or thousands of jumps under your belt. I knew was going to be amazing but it blew me away. Never felt anything so rad in my life. Hopefully can eventually turn into a real hobby for me and my friend today that went. I cruised these boards read ALOT from this site and from your guys posts and really helped alot.
