  1. its workin out just fine. I was jumping a 170, and i just felt it was time, but then everyone is different. my istructors really stressd the art of flying the canopy in my aff. dont get me wrong the first time i jumped the 150 i scrubbed the landing, wasn't used to the flare...talked to my instructor after the jump, he gave me a little advice and after that no prob. the canopy flies like a dream and the openings are wonderfully soft so far.
  2. i've mad a few post here, just wanted to say, "GOT MY "A" BABY". and on top of that i bought a wings rig with a TRIATHALON 150 main and i fricken love it. thanks to Will and Mikey at the parachute center Lodi, I'll have plenty of beers next weekend...BLUES.
  3. i have been jumping an aerodyne icon(rental) with a 170 main. i have the oppurtunity to purchase a wings with a 150 main, i have tried it on and it fits so much better than anything i have worn. my question is... is this to much of a jump down in size for a low jumper such as myself.
  4. well i had 3 great jumps on sunday...22,23,24. the 24th was my first 2-way worked on levels and tracking i guess it went o.k sure was fun. i was gearing up for my 25th when the wind started to howl, my instructor, in my best interest grounded me.as he put better to LIVE to jump another day. i was dissapointed but i trust him with my life so i popped open a cold beer and helped catch tandems an the lz. i guess 25 will have to wait
