I have a question as a newcomer to the sport. I have a friend that wants me to get into CReW. He and most of the people that I will be flying with will by flying Prodigy. What are the major flight characteristic differences between the two? Will I be hindered as I get better by having a Lightning and flying with mostly Prodigy flyers? If so, at what point will it become a problem. I understand that I may be jumping the gun a bit, but I want to order a parachute so it is here in time to be ready for a couple get togethers this year.

I was told a repost in here would be good. I am new to the sport. Level IV AFF on Saturday. I am addicted already. I have a question though. I am looking to purchase my rig. I want to know where I should buy it. I have checked a lot of the online stores and would like to hear comments for/against from experience. Thanks for the help!

I am wondering what everyone would recommend for approximate number of jumps before I move on to other disciplines. I want to learn to freefly and I also think that I will enjoy CReW. How many jumps should I make just working on basics and belly-to-earth RW? I want to be competent before moving on. I also understand that it may vary, I am just trying to get a guesstimate so I can plan my jumping schedule. Thanks for the input.

I am very new, so I have a question. Does the feeling of elation when you look up and have a pretty canopy ever go away? I think that it may after many jumps, but I am curious.

I love to hear about another addict of Craps! I absolutely love the game. At one time, I lived just one and a half hours from the Nevada border and was there at least every other week. Welcome to another rush!
