Why would it be better to cut away main? I'm taught to do the emergency procedure which means first cut away the main. But when I was imagining the situation I would go for the reserver without cut away of the main. If you have problems with your main AFTER you pulled it, yes, then I would cut away, but not when I didn't pull.

I was wondering if someone can tell me about these goggles. Are they usefull in skydiving? Or is it "too much". I now have a simple kroops goggles, but this one looks better http://www.opticsplanet.net/ess-advancer-v12-goggles.html http://www.essgoggles.com/Advancer-V12-(SR)_106_detail.html I can buy it for 30 euro, so the price it not a big deal.
