  2. Strong love can leave such a gaping wound, but I'm so glad you two have had each other. Having to do this sort of thing rips and tears at your heart. I'm so thankful that the love and the good memories make it worth tolerating the process of letting go! I'll be thinking of you.

  7. As of this morning, my husband has added the names "Savannah" and "Enchilada" to his list of potentials. This should be interesting! You may be right. We may have to wait to get her home before we know what her name is. This name-selection thing is hard!

  9. I read one article that says they have not told the miners how long they think it'll be before they can get them out. I think if *I* was down there, that would be about the first thing I'd want to know. I get the point about not wanting to discourage them, but I kinda think they're going to notice entire weeks going by.

  20. That video was taken just over a year ago, haven't seen him sense. He is apparently doing ok with some ex family members, but I wish I could have him.

    Sadly its looking like my next job won't afford me the ability to have a dog either.



    That's really hard. Dogs are family! I can see why you'd miss him.

    I'll have to do that tonight, but I will try! No pics available here at the office, sadly. There's a cute video of her licking a litter mate behind the ears. She's either a great lover or a great nurturer! I love her ears. They are all black in the center, but the edges are outlined in tan. They're kind of floppy now, but will stand up straight as she gets older.
