  1. Anytime, me too :-)

    Here's one of my favorites!

    Lovelace’s Chicken Tortilla Soup

    Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour 15 minutes

    Ingredients:
    4 chicken breasts uncooked
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 T of butter
    1 chopped onion
    3 garlic cloves minced
    1 chopped red pepper
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 t of chili powder
    1 t cumin
1 Serrano Pepper chopped (put a few seeds in the soup)
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
    1 TBSP of Worcestshire
    1 can tomato soup
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 ½ c of frozen white corn (yellow corn is fine to use as a substitute)

2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese

    ½ bag of tortilla chips

    Directions:
Bring a medium pot to a boil. Add chicken breasts and bouillon cubes. Boil chicken until there is no more pink inside. Pick out chicken with a fork & set aside to cool, save the broth. Shred chicken when cooled. In large soup pot, melt butter. Add garlic, onion and sauté until the garlic speaks. Add red pepper, green pepper, and the Serrano pepper. Shred chicken with a knife and add to the mixture. Add chicken broth, tomato soup, diced tomatoes, spices, Worcestshire, & corn. Simmer for 45 minutes on low. Add tortilla chips to the bottom of the serving bowls, ladle the soup over the chips, and then add a good handful of cheese on top of the soup of each bowl. Serve and enjoy :)

  2. What's your favorite recipe to make for dinner? I'm putting together a new recipe booklet as mine has fallen apart, and love getting new recipes from friends!

  3. Hello!

I have a housing for a Coolpix Nikon L20 that I would sell for $100 and you can get a camera for about $100-$120.

It's an Ikelite housing that you can use for scuba diving as well.

Let me know if you're interested :-)

  5. Hi Christine,

I broke my ankle and leg in a really bad car accident a few years ago. Crumbled my talus, tib, fib, and left malleolus. It took me close to year to re-learn how to walk again and I have a plethora of metal in there.

My doctor did say I could skydive again, but to be cautious and not put hard pressure on it.

Now, if the winds don't look right to me, the weather is bad, etc. I stay on the ground. I fly a lightly loaded, conservative wing and am a very conservative jumper.

Keep up with your physical therapy, keep on seeing your dr's, they'll know what's best for you. Just wanted to share my experience.

    Hope you heal soon!

    Blue Skies,

    Gail

  6. Velocity Sports Equipment makes the Infinity container. You can get dynamic corners, chest mounted hook knife, longer bridle, and larger Pilot Chute.

The only option of those that you will be charged for is the dynamic corners.

VSE is in the US, not Germany, but thought I'd give some info!

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks!! :-)

  9. I've jumped at Punta Gorda. It's a small, cesna dropzone, but it's super friendly! You may want to call down there and make sure they're jumping when you want to go.

I don't believe anybody camps out or anything there, but it has a very nice vibe :-)
