  1. A big thank you goes out to George Galloway, Beverly and Crew of Precision Aerodynamics. George helped me identify and resolve opening issues I was having with my old canopy. Seems I was underloading it a bit. So George offered to trade me a new canopy for cost of upgrading from a Xaos - 21 135 to the Xaos 27 - 108. This is one awesome canopy, as the turns are quick, front riser pressure perfect for my weight, and the swoops are amazingly long. The openings are very reasonable being a camera man. Not for the faint of heart though as you should load it atleast at 2.1 and not less than 500 jumps. If your looking for one awesome canopy, Xaos - 27 is the answer. I'm a Precision customer and Xaos pilot for life! Thanks again George and Crew.
  2. It was a camera suit with all the extras...go to Dakinerags.com and you can build a suit on his site w/ total cost... even though you might not get it!
  3. Quotecontact julio at www.liquidskysports.com I agree with the above..........I know a guy who ordered freefly pants and had them in hand in 4 days! The quality was excellent just limited by imagination .......
  4. I Like that............That is quite close to most of his excuses!
  5. Thanks Richard, Ive been triing every contact, with no response. I'm happy you have received all your orders, all, in his good time. At this time......... I feel no peace!
  6. Thanks Billy, I have already registered a complaint with the BBB in Honolulu.....so I'll take your advice and call. Dave
  7. My last contact (voice) was end of Sept, then lost contact as he has moved , disconnected his phone, and did not answer his e-mail, till I threatened action. Then he e-mailed with a sob story Jan 12,06 saying he was finishing it up, as it needed cuffs and collar. He has been giving excuse after excuse and delivery date after delivery date.
  8. I ordered a camera suit from DaKine Rags (Chuck Priest) on Sept 28, 05 for $564 and of this date Jan 24, 06 10pm still have not received it. If you think that you want to wait over 4 months to get a suit or maybe not even get one..go for it! This man has promised and promised and promised....but has not delivered. Tell all your friends..............stay away!
  9. I just purchased a Voodoo V2 with a Xaos 135 nested in it........I love the way it looks and the way it feels..........I have seen other peoples and were not impressed with some of the material they chose......If you do get one make sure its all cordura...........its a good heavy material and will last......This is the quality issue I've seen with other rigs. ..However I agree with some of the other posts, get a used rig first, when you have enough jumps and don't want to downsize anymore or wont for quite a few jumps. You do not want to pay that much for a rig and then want to downsize beyond the containers size limits. This is a pricey item........work your way down to it.........Unless you have big bucs! Later
