  1. I definantly bought my AFF instructor a case after we finished my AFF, we did the last five in a row in CO in december out of the cessna when it was really cold out, but I finished. Make sure you find out what type of beer they like. Will
  2. Just jumped at Skydive Hawaii last week on wednesday and again on sunday. HAd a great time, on wednesday I brought in a bunch of new kids that all did tandem and skydive hawaii paid for my jump ticket. I also had a buddy that was still student and they let him jump with an AFF with no real problems. Get there early in the morning because the winds do tend to pick up pretty high. I watched some tandems land later in the day and I was glad I was not in the air with the strong winds. The caravan is pretty cool looking there becasue Ron Artis painted it, which is pretty cool. He paints a lot of things on the North Shore and has a gallery out there too if you have time check it out. Both places go through some tandems all day, but they are all about the fun jumpers as well. Also this time of year it might look cloudy and rainy for a second but it clears up real quick, so dont worry about the weather. As for hiking and such we went to the Mauna Willa (spelling?) falls and jumped off some cliffs which was pretty cool. Hope you have a good time
  3. I jumped at 4 different DZs in 3 different states to get my A license. I did the same thing. Now Im broke, waiting on gear to keep jumping.
  4. First AFF jump I had line twist. At first I kind of freaked but grabbed the lines and started kicking and it came free. Pretty nuts for the first jump. Nice work man on clearing it. I recently finished AFF and working on the A license. I hear line twists will happen many more times
