    stole had a value of $1000,or less,the penalty
    would more than likely only be probation.Especially
    the 1st time their caught.Or if the person did time

    Count me in for $50 for the reward or prosecution.

    I temporarly lost my dytter during a dirt dive at
    Dublin.But,Salsa picked it up and turned it in.I got it
    back later that night.I know thats not even in the
    same ballpark,but it really hurts to think a skydiver
    would steal something so valuable.:(>:(
