  1. Because I felt it was something that could have been of value to him and us. Of course if the man had a class to teach I understand but would have thought he had a very experienced staff capable of handling any eventuality that might turn up at his DZ due to his conference director duties. It's not easy running a DZ and a conference at the same time and as he goes along gaining experience and learning what his conference expects from him he'll improve. I have watched him operate and feel that if there was a problem or even if I needed a favor at one of his DZ's 200 miles away he'd be there. After all, he has been in the past when he wasn't a conference director.
  2. I think our new conference director should have put in at least 1 day at The Richmond Boogie.
  3. It seems that as long as it does not require stitching to restore the RSL it's not permanently removed. Since an RSL alone can be fatal in some situations it would be a mistake to require it, that might be why they don't.
  4. My rigger does not unpack the main before packing the reserve.
  5. What did you do on your first skydive with your new Sabre2? Did you open any higher then usual?
