  1. Hey, All I can say is that Go Vertical is the best freefly boogie, oh sorry, TP has just said it is an event, that I have ever jumped at. Load organising on every lift and all levels of people to jump with anyway. 15000 feet in the fastest "jump ship" in europe at normal ticket price. Registration for the event is cheap and well worth the money. Its also worth checking out the other Go Verticals across Europe!!!! Voss in Norway is just amazing! Any questions, please feel free to drop me a PM. The gift of flight, set youself free! "Tomorrow We Fly" Best Regards BigMan aka FatLeigh www.beech99.com
  2. Regan is so right! I have done Empuria to Langar, door to door in 5 1/2 hours! Missed the last lift at Langar but still a strange day, breakfast by the beach, jumps over Empuria followed by drinks in Nottinghamshire! From London a train to Stanstead is easy and with Ryan Air's checking in times its like getting a bus! Car hire or cab work out about the same for a short stay and you'll be drinking beer in the Kiwi before you know it. Bring on new years in Empuria and yes the wind better fuck off!
  3. Can't wait!!! Im heading out on the 12th to do some pre boogie training, i've had a long lay off after i decided to crash my car a week before i should have gone to Nox!!! Going to be out there for most of the boogie as well. From what im told by friends who went last year, well worth it. Think they do well weather wise for the time of year whats a bonus! Been told the having a car is very handy, DZ is kinda on its own out there, unlike Empuria. See you all there
  4. I know this might be something you have been asked lots but I hope someone can help me. A friend wants to buy a new Javelin Odyssey custom made to her size and for a Sabre2 150. Thing is she then wants to put a used, 400 jump, Sabre2 170 in it. Thing is, will this fit the container? The used Sabre2 has micro lines, changed 100 jumps ago. I know is could be a tight fit etc but has anyone found any problems doing this? Can you let me have any information you have, thank you in advance.
  5. Nice one Wlie, i'd heard the name before, just couldnt think of it and now by the wonders of itunes and your help, i have the song. Thanks for your help dude. Keep riding that wind!
  6. Can please let me know the name of the track and the artist if possible. Thanks
  7. I've tried to find out the name for ages and im bad at searching for things on the net, so can anyone help? I want to know the name to the song when he's driving down the road, singing along and its about, you guest it, freefalling! Can please let me know the name of the track and the artist if possible. Thanks
  8. It starts tomorrow, its going to be crazy. Party hard, skydive harder!!! Anyone who fancies a good laugh should head to Langar DZ in the UK, 31st May to 5th June. The Beech 99 and 2 Cessna Grand Caravans, what a wicked line up of aircraft! Hope to see some old and new faces for what is going to be the biggest and best freefly boogie in the UK this year, in fact ever!
  9. This year is going to be great, we have the mini boogie this weekend 14th-17th April, Boogie 1 29th April-7th May with 2 Caravans, Skyvan and Beech 99 and to top it off, Boogie 2 in Sept with loads of aircraft, just check the website out!!! Hope to see lots of old and new faces at Langar this year!
  10. Hiya everyone, Quick update, Langar Boogie will now have even more aircraft. 2 Cessna Grand Caravans, a Beech 99 (the fastest jump plane in Europe) and a Skyvan. The Skyvan has now got uprated engines and 5 blade props, meaning it should be 2 minutes quicker than in years gone by!!! The lift capacity will be 218 people per hour, this is unheard for a UK boogie. If you are looking to jump in the UK between 29th April and 7th May, you have to come to Langar. Hope to see you all there!
  11. I know a lot of people, me included who have jumped a jet ranger with an A certificate. Cant wait to jump one again. Not sure if Boogie 2 will have a jet ranger, have to wait and find out.
  12. My mistake, should have said a boogie not to miss! What happens when trying to do stuff while half asleep!
  13. Got send this like so thought i'd post it. Copy and paste the link in to the address bar and let me know what you think! http://uk.rd.yahoo.com/oa/*http://uk.download.yahoo.com/pr/fu/oa/nearmiss.wmv
  14. Anyone fancy having a blast at the Langar Boogie? 29th April to 7th May 2006 Jan and his Beech 99 along with both of Langars Grand Caravans!!! This is going to be a boogie that you should not miss. Jan's got the fastest jump plane in Europe and he'll be working hard to make sure people get loads of jumps! Go Vertical will be at Langar from 31st May to 5th June 2006 as well. Langar is the place to jump at in the UK!!! Load organisers, parties and loads more. Im sure your be able to get coaching if you want it during the boogie, speak to the office at Langar for full details. Hope to see lots of new and old faces for some pre summer boogie fun!
  15. Cant wait for Go Vertical!!! I had to speak to Langer to confirm my family holiday wouldn't clash, not a chance in hell i'd miss it! Look forward to seeing you all there!
