  1. Careful what you wish for. I got nailed and I mean nailed after my A license graduation dive. At least now I know I will get some laughs during the end of the year video fest. I was sure glad I had a change of clothes. It took a while to wash the junk out of my ears........
  2. Good for you! Don't worry about the flips coming up your instructor will tell you how they work. It is all about getting you unstable and YOU being able to get belly to earth again. I was so amped at the level you are at. I think most of my stress was caused by performance anxiety......wanting to succeed and the idea of being graded really got to me for some reason. In a couple of jumps you will be amazed how much more fun this sport is once you are in charge of your dive flows and objectives. As often as you hear it relaxation is the key and staying aware of your surroundings and altitude is your #1 priority. Have fun!!!!!!
  3. I am new to Chicagoland this year and I have to say that the jumpers and staff have gone out of their way to bring me along and encourage me. I owe a great debt of gratitude to several of the instructors, who helped me when I needed it and continue to see to it that I am safe and having fun! I feel comfortable and welcome and have since the first time I walked up to manifest. I like that everyone is friendly and approachable and concerned with safety as a high priority.
