  1. Been there done that. Have 2 shoulders that have disclocated left and right (And the more it happens the easier it is) For now the best you can do is Phisical therapy learn the exercises to biuld up the muscles around the joint to keep it into place and avoid it happening again. Permanent damage is done each time it dislocates and surgery is the only option to truly correct the problem but it is a LONG recovery and the shoulder will never be the same again. YES the surgery is worth it
