The method of making pilot chutes these days are indeed lame. Just a circle of mesh and another of zp. Now we have vents and dynamic corners and all these very special ways to pack to make the 'perfect' on heading opening, but none of it means squat when the pilot chute is just rocketing every which way. Something should be done anyways. Look at a Strong drogue sometime. who knows,
  3. Man, I wish you guys could have seen that sunset too. It was a high hop n pop over Skydive Hawaii. SWEET!!!!!!! We'll have a photo gallery soon at www.gravitypimps.com ( currently under construction ) Life is good, CReW Skies and have fun!!!!!!
  4. Dude that is sweet. Congrats. And talk about benifits. I think the only cooler jobs than that are like flying f-18's or being a UFC guy. Life is good, have fun.

  6. Just a story and a Thank you At a Dropzone not to long ago, and 150 Tandem packjobs later, I finally scraped up enough cash to get a base rig, but could seriously not afford a course. So I tried talking to some people that were known to be involved in the sport. Yeah right. It was pretty much a video showing with random “I this” and “I that” conversation. This stuff really wasn’t helping. At this point it seemed the only way I was going to learn would be to drive to Twin, jump, and pray for the best. That was the plan, I would jump one way or another. Just figure it out. Then I was approached by Peterk and Rauk. They asked if I needed any help, and really went out of their way to teach me everything they could about base. I can’t explain enough how much these people helped me. I don’t know why, but they did. I think just because they really care about our sport and the safety of the people involved, less about the ego. I just want to say THANK YOU for everything. Peterk, Rauk, Everyone in Twin Falls, Miles D. You guys are awesome. As long as there are people like you in this sport, It’s just going to get better.
  7. Howdy doody folks. Just looking for crazies to play with this Cristmas in Eloy. It'd suck to go to a boogie and waste jump tickets on freefall you know. Hope to see ya there. My tent will have CRW written all over it. Rock Hard
