  1. Why not descend on Langar at their MAY boogie, 2 caravans, 1 skyvan, 50+ chicks practising for the big way, "Skydive, i will" Yoda
  2. Was at Langar Boogie 2 over weekend, i think i may have incurred some beerage type offences, first jump with 2 mates after getting my FS1 first 3 way tube (off the skyvan) first witnessing of a crazy wobbly jellyfish reserve ride downwind landing ! ( not me, good call Richard, i dont think i'd have fancied trying to turn it either !!) first 16 way atmonauti first sunset lift, and last lift of the boogie, 16 way twilight atmonauti from 15,500ft ! first freefall time of 83 seconds !! first time under canopy with street lights and cities lit up as far as i could see. Absolutely blown away by the whole weekend, nice one Langar!! ( that good infact, that work just wasn't an option on Monday so i thought it better to go and practice that atmonauti position again
  3. is it wise to cut-away the whuffo relationship before "love docking" with other skydivers? or do you keep them in reserve just in case you miss the slot / have a malfunction / premature deployment. Its never happened to me , im just asking for a friend..honest "Skydive, i will" Yoda
  4. "i wouldn't want to join any club that would have me as a member" Groucho Marx i know this doesn't help at all... "Skydive, i will" Yoda
  5. first post to forum.....hopefully not a "virtual" beer offence ! although anyone who collars me at Langar having spotted this is welcome to one...or two...etc.. Started my AFF a year ago, now up to jump 69 and loved every minute of it. Only managed to jump at Langar so far, but soon to be on a mission to try some different dropzones and scenery in the UK and hopefully Arizona next year. Met loads of cool people who are more than willing to help you out. So glad i made the first step and discovered such a great sport with a great community....what did i used to do with all my free weekends...none of my friends remember either coz they did AFF too !!
