I jumped a TurboZX 205 from jump 40 to 110. The openings where not painful, but very interesting. After a while I got very good at kicking out linetwists. Chopped it once. My Stilettos behaved better.
Try standing in a push-up like position on your elbows instead of your hands for about a minute. It has a good effect on the stabilizing abdominal muscles. I guess push-ups could have a similar effect.
