my mom and i came out, never having sky dived before. the online system for registering made things easy, the staff of instructors, pilots and everyone else is open, energetic, kind...even fellow jumpers who go regularly, are just as friendly as the staff and so happy to be there and in that environment. by the time you leave, you feel like you are leaving a group of friends. you are made to feel secure every step of the way and everything is done so that the experience is enjoyed to the fullest.
