300 with 2 canopy courses has been the minimum for a bit now. 500 jumps without canopy courses. As far as the water training, it would be the equivalent of the water training one would receive for their USPA B license. So actually jumping into water with a rig and actually swimming out of the harness and out from under the canopy. Water training is pretty important as the palm since you're above water 90% of the time. As far as doing water training there, check with the desert campus. Ask for Tukes or Pat and they'll get you squared away. "To the moon"
