Start Skydiving in Middletown, Ohio was definitely the right choice for this first-timer. They had a great facility, not only for those going skydiving, but also for those left on the ground. An extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful staff made sure that I had a thrilling and SAFE jump. Picnic tables, benches, and an adequate snack bar (serving burgers, chips, soda, etc.) catered to the basic needs of spouses, kids, and others stuck on the ground. Flat-screen TVs and computer monitors provided info about airfield conditions, weather (rain and clouds delayed the jumps), and aircraft manifests. They surely had a top-notch operation that made me want to come back for more jumps and maybe instructions.
