  1. The employees took a genuine responsibility, pride, and most of care in your skydive. As I waited for my skydive, I watched how the employees interacted with everyone. It was amazing how many times I saw a tandem instructor come right down off of one flight , grab another canopy, and then get onto the next flight with another tandem. However, this is what separates them from anyone else: that tandem instructor walked right up to their next student, greeted them, and was genuinely excited for their next student's jump; this subsequently got the student excited too. And this didn't happen just once or twice and it was not just a few of the tandem instructors, it was every single one of them and every single time. I did AFF and the level of ownership, caring, and responsibility my two instructors had for me was beyond anything I would have expected. They empowered me to do well on my skydive. I felt as safe as a first time, control freak person could have felt. I also know that they had several students over the course of the day, but they made me feel special. They were looking out for me and wanted me to do a good job, not for them or the company, but for me and my personal experience. I will return and I hope that skydiving becomes a hobby for me.
